Selim Chtayti is a French visual artist who has been living in Japan since May 2025.

A former video journalist for Agence France-Presse in Paris and then Hong Kong, he now works independently at the crossroads of multiple artistic approaches.

As a media contributor in Tokyo, he explores in particular the relationship between humans and nature and those of identity within human societies.
